Get a Tree Contractor Out to Your Spartanburg Property
The form below goes to a tree service contractor who works Spartanburg County and the nearby Upstate towns. Tell them where the property is and what the trees are doing. A couple of sentences is plenty. Photos help more than anything else you can add, because they let the contractor show up with the right equipment the first time.
Request a site visit
Give the street address, what you want done and anything about access, and a local tree contractor will reach back out.
Email admin@spartanburgtreepros.com with the property address, what you want built or fixed, and a few photographs, including anywhere water stands after a heavy rain.
What makes a request easy to scope
- The address, plus a note if the trees are in the back where a truck cannot drive.
- A wide photo showing the whole tree next to the house, fence or shed, and a close one of any crack, cavity or mushroom growth near the base.
- Whether power, cable or phone lines run through or near the branches.
- What should happen to the wood: hauled off, cut into firewood lengths, or left as chips.
- Any neighborhood association or city approval you already know about.
If more than one tree is involved, number them in your photos or describe them by position, such as the pine by the mailbox and the oak behind the shed. That small step keeps the visit focused and avoids a second trip to sort out which tree was meant.
None of that is required. Leave a field blank if you are unsure, and the contractor will ask on the follow-up.
If a tree is down right now
Stay away from it, especially if a line is touching it or the ground near it. Report downed lines to Duke Energy or your utility, and call 911 if anyone is hurt or trapped. Once people are clear, take photos from a safe distance and send the request. The emergency tree service page covers what happens next.
What happens after you send it
A contractor reviews the details and reaches out to set up a visit. On site, they look at the tree, the drop zone, access and cleanup, then write up a scope and price. You decide from there. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. To understand the work before the visit, browse the tree services pages, or check the communities we cover if you live outside Spartanburg proper.
Rather use your inbox?
An email works just as well. Include the street address, a line or two on each tree, and attach whatever pictures you took.
Spartanburg Tree Pros is a referral website, not a tree company. It passes your request to an independent contractor serving the region, who sets the schedule and the price.
