Spartanburg Tree Pros is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is not a tree service contractor and does not perform tree work. This page explains what happens to information you give us through spartanburgtreepros.com.

Information we receive

When you fill out a form or email us, we receive what you choose to provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the job and any photos you attach. Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, to pass it to a contractor who can look at the job, and to follow up about that request. Technical data helps us keep the site working and understand which pages people find useful.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with the independent tree service contractor covering your area so they can contact you, visit the property and offer a price. We also rely on service providers that host the site, run our forms and deliver email and text messages; they handle your data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as they are useful for following up and for ordinary business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Text messages and SMS consent

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send texts about your service request. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
